Book Donations
We are not currently accepting book donations. When we do accept them, books must be published within the last 5 years and in good condition — no worn, moldy, or highlighted items.
We cannot accept magazines, encyclopedias, or textbooks. Unaccepted items are directed to our book sales, which fund library programs.

In memory
Memorial Book Fund
Honour loved ones with a lasting contribution to the library. Memorial books are added to our collection with a special bookplate recognizing the person being remembered.

Give your time
Volunteer
Make a real difference in your community. Volunteers who complete 50 hours receive a letter of reference and a nameplate on our volunteer honour board. Orientation and training provided.
Join the library
Membership
Library membership is free for all residents of Asphodel-Norwood. Non-residents can join for $30/year or $20 for six months. Bring one piece of ID with your name and current address. Children under 16 need parental consent. Parents are liable for children's selections.
Borrowing Periods
No general borrowing limit (restrictions may apply to high-demand items). Borrowing is suspended at $20 in overdue fines. Lost card replacement: $3.00. Reference materials are non-circulating. Renew items by phone, email, or online.
